Step-by-step plan
Analysing the issue
We will arrive at a clear definition of the issue at hand through meetings with customers, which we will use as the point of departure for the actual solution after consulting the customer.
Concept development
Teams are formed around industrial issues in which all disciplines are represented that are required for the development of possible solution directions (project matrix).
Design of the selected concept
Mechanical, electrotechnical and software engineering will simultaneously take place during this step. The practical insights gained from, for example, instrument making will also be processed if newly to be developed devices are involved. Professional engineering software such as Auto Cad Inventor, E-plan and Ultiboard will reveal design gaps at an early stage.
Elaboration of the concept and assessment by the customer
Elaboration of the concept and assessment by the customer Once the concept has been sufficiently elaborated, it will be submitted to the customer after which any additional functional requirements can be processed.
Producing quotations
Only when it has become clear that all relevant functional specifications have been processed in the concept will we produce a quotation.
Placing orders and order processing
This process includes a conversion round that will make the bill of material into a logistics product stream. The integration of the fields under consideration can develop naturally because we have our own production facilities on both a mechanical and electrotechnical level. Our software engineers operate and visualise the individual equipment using software we have developed ourselves.
Note: Engineering, purchasing, material issue, production and assembly takes place under the auspices of our recently implemented ERP system to ensure that the aforementioned fields "engage" on time. .
Turnkey delivery
The delivery of our projects means that you can expect a successful installation, commissioning, training of operators and start-up of operations. The already mentioned integration will, after all, come together here.
We call this "change in business" because you will be increasing the productivity of your organisation, you will be able to better control your technology strategies and you will maximise your investment performance with the integration of the above processes.
